Our Mission

NaRo Insight is a consulting company specializing in technology, leadership and organizational development. At NaRo Insight, our mission is to help organizations grow from the inside out — by aligning people, processes, and purpose through thoughtful strategy, leadership support, and meaningful systems.

Our Expertise

Nadiia Lagutina is an executive-level facilitator, organizational development professional, and psychotherapist. Work at the intersection of business and psychology, combining extensive experience in corporate environments, organizational development and individual consulting. 

  •  12+ years of experience in HR, executive coaching, and change management 
  • Two master’s degrees: Psychology (Social Behavior) and Financial Management 
  • Advanced training: HR MBA, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and ICDP (International Child Development Program Facilitator) 
  • Member of the North America Transactional Analysis Association (NATAA), Structure and Function Committee
